Your employer has made agreements with us. A range of options has been determined together, in line with your employer's wishes.

Login
You will receive an invitation with a unique login code + password. In the invitation you will also find the URL of the gift site.

Choose gift (s)
After logging in and the foreword from your employer, you can immediately view the gift choices. Depending on the choice your employer has made, you can choose one gift or you will receive a points balance with which you can choose several gifts.

Delivery address
When you have made the gift choice (s), enter the delivery address. This can be your private address, but you can also have your package delivered to a DHL pick-up location (only in the Netherlands).

Complete order
You still get 1 overview of your order and delivery address. If you click on finish, your order will be processed and you will automatically receive an email confirmation.

Delivery gift
The gift will be delivered within 5 working days to the address specified by you.

You have received an invitation from your employer. This will be (a) distributed to you at your work location or (b) delivered to your home address or (c) sent to you by email.

In the invitation you will find a unique login code and password. With this unique combination you can log in to this gift site.

Je kunt zelf een privé afleveradres opgeven. Dit kan bijvoorbeeld ook het adres van een familielid zijn die dagelijks thuis is. Het is binnen Nederland ook mogelijk om het geschenk af te laten leveren op een PostNL-afhaallocatie.

A completed order is automatically processed on the packing slip and packed in our logistics center. It is therefore not possible to change it after your order.

This differs per customer. Depending on the choice your employer has made, you can choose one gift or you will receive a points balance with which you can choose several gifts. You will find this information on the welcome text on the 'assortment' page.

A gift cannot be ordered on the gift site for two reasons:

(1) temporarily unavailable: In this case, a gift is temporarily out of stock. Our purchasing team orders the product directly from the supplier. If the item is in stock at the supplier, the item will be active on the site again within a few days.

(2) sold out: is the product from us out of stock and can no longer be ordered from the supplier? Then the gift automatically drops out of the gift site and an alternative gift is put in its place.

Yes. Your donation will be transferred to the relevant charity together with all other donations in one collective amount at the end of the selection period. We justifie the transfer of these donated amounts to your employer.

Your gift will be delivered to your home within 5 working days. A digital gift (for example entrance tickets to the cinema) will be sent to you by email. Smaller gifts are delivered by PostNL in letterbox packaging. A parcel is delivered by PostNL at home or (if you have specified this) delivered to a PostNLpick-up location (only in the Netherlands).

If no one is home to receive the parcel, the parcel will be left for you at a neighbor or at a nearest PostNL pick-up location. In that case you will receive a note in your letterbox.

Als je woonachtig bent in Nederland is het ook de bedoeling om het geschenk in Nederland te laten bezorgen. Ben je woonachtig in het buitenland, dan mag je het geschenk uiteraard laten bezorgen op je woonadres. De evt. meerprijs van een buitenland levering wordt doorbelast aan de opdrachtgever.

When the package is delivered to a PostNL sorting center, you will automatically receive an email with track and trace. From that moment on you can track the delivery status.

A gift will be delivered to your home within 5 working days after your order (so excluding Saturdays / Sundays). Has this time passed? First check the status of the delivery via the track and trace mail received from PostNL. Does the track and trace provide insufficient clarity? Please contact JAMES customer service.

We complete our choice assortment with quality products from A-brand suppliers and therefore also applies the usual 2-year warranty period. Is the product defective for no apparent reason within this period? Then you are entitled to a free warranty. In that case, please contact our customer service.

A complaint will be dealt with immediately (complaint by telephone) or within 1 working day (complaints by e-mail) and provided with a complaint solution. If the complaint solution consists of a new gift, this gift will be sent to you again within 3 working days.

You can exchange the gift free of charge via our customerservice. Mail to customerservice@jamescadeaus.nl or call 0182-670670 to receive further information. The employee will ask you for your reference code, which is in the confirmation email and was also your login code for the website. Please keep these to hand.

Exchanging is possible within 7 working days.

We are happy to reassure you on this point. Under the new GDPR legislation, strict agreements have been laid down in the agreement with your employer regarding the use of your personal data. These are only used for the requested service, namely inviting and sending the end-of-year gift of your choice. Your personal data will be removed from all files no later than 1 month after completion of the selection period. On the order site you will find a further explanation of our policy under the heading PRIVACY POLICY. Do you have any questions or wishes about this? Is the period of choosing still active (see invitation) but is it not possible to log in to this gift site with the login code and password from the received invitation? Please contact customer service.

Has the option of choosing expired (see invitation)? Then it is unfortunately no longer possible to log in and make a gift choice.

This depends on the agreements that we've made with your employer. You may receive a surprise package after completing the option period if you have not redeemed the invitation. It is also possible that non-redeemed vouchers are donated to charity. If your employer has opted for one of the two options, this will also be stated in the invitation you received. In other cases, we 'only' invoice the redeemed invitations to your employer.
